Think about “leadership.” What words come to mind? It probably depends on your experiences with leadership. If you have been a leader or if you’ve always been led. If you’ve had good leaders or not.

In 4-H, the most successful leaders—both youth and adults—understand this:

Learn together. Lead together.

That’s why this is the new slogan for the year-long learning event about youth-adult partnerships. We all have a lot to learn, and when we work together, we can lead the way.
